Robert Steele Robert Steele, a 25 year veteran of the U.S. national security community and counter of oss.net, is the author of The New Craft of Intelligence: Personal, Public, & Political - Citizen's Action Handbook on Fighting Terrorism, Genocide, Disease, Toxic Bombs, and Corruption. He gave the keynote address back in 1994 at the first HOPE conference.
